The story
ALL (ALLways stylised with uppercase text) is a U.S. melodic punk band, formed by members of the Descendents after the departure of their lead singer Milo Aukerman in 1987. Initially ALL were based in Lomita, California, USA, but by mid-1990 relocated to Brookfield, Missouri. Since late 1994 ALL have based their operations out of Fort Collins in Colorado, where they established their recording studio The Blasting Room.

The instrumental line-up of ALL has remained constant since the latter part of 1986 — prior to the recording of the Descendents' album titled '29735' — consisting of guitarist Stephen Egerton, bassist Karl Alvarez, and drummer Bill Stevenson. Stevenson is the only original member of the Descendents, and from 1982 to 1985 he played drums in Black Flag.
