The story

Camel are an English progressive rock band formed in Guildford, Surrey, in 1971. Originating from the blues-rock trio Brew, guitarist Andrew Latimer, drummer Andy Ward, and bassist Doug Ferguson initially worked as the backing band for singer-songwriter Phillip Goodhand-Tait before recruiting keyboardist Peter Bardens and establishing the group's progressive sound.
