The story
Alternative indie Rock band from Christchurch, New Zealand formed in 1987. The band consisted of Singer Guitarist Kevin Stokes, Bassist Guitarist Rob Mayes, and Drummer Steve Birss.
They band released 3 eps on cassette in 1988-89 and recorded their album in 1990- 91. The 'Out of Hand' album was released in 1995 and the band moved to London for 2 years where they performed and hunted for a record label and picked up new drummer Tracy Thompkins . They did an East coast tour of the US in Nov 1997 which got them an offer of a deal but the band declined to pursue it. 3 albums followed collating the original eps, The UK recordings and outtakes and demos. in 2006 Japanese Label Freshwater released a collection of 20 songs culled from their recording career. The band still record but have not released any new material since.
