Extreme Unction

The story

Extreme Unction is a Portuguese death/doom metal band formed in Lisbon in 1990, originally active as Guilhotina from 1987-1990. Their earlier works leaned towards a black metal sound, but they are known for their blend of death metal and doom metal. The band has a long and complex history with many lineup changes, but bassist Koja Mutilator has remained a constant member.
