The story

Lush were an English rock band formed in London in 1987. The original line-up consisted of Miki Berenyi, Emma Anderson, Steve Rippon and Chris Acland (drums). Phil King replaced Rippon in 1991. They were among the early bands associated with the shoegaze label and became prominent in the 1990s UK independent music scene.
