The story
Release (Release Revolution) was a nu metal band formed in the early 1990's in Brighton, Minnesota and split somewhere in the mid 2000's. They originally started as two separate groups that formed together to create what we know as Release Revolution. They would be one of the first bands to ride on the nu metal genre with their debut album Evolve in 1996, Which formed funky bass, with heavy guitar riffs. Then just two years later in 1998 they would release their bigger album Strength in Words. which would add more rap elements to their catalog. They would later go on to become Nuisance Crew and then would split up somewhere in the 2000's. Although Release is no more their music will still live on.
